ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been a State Farm agent for 15 years and currently lead a close-knit team of four. I was born in Minnesota, but grew up in California and attended Cal State Northridge. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked in the restaurant business, where I met my husband and learned the importance of hard work, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Those lessons have carried over into my agency, just with a little better work-life balance!
Building genuine relationships is at the heart of everything we do. As technology continues to change the way we interact, I believe personal connections are more important than ever. Many of our customers have been with us for years and truly feel like family. We go above and beyond to take care of them and value the opportunity to grow alongside them.
Our agency offers a 401(k) retirement plan and covers 50% of team members' life insurance premiums. We also have a full kitchen, enjoy sharing meals together, and always keep plenty of snacks on hand - especially chocolate!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
